Before you bid
Before taking part in an auction, please complete the following settings:
- Payment method: link a credit card
- Delivery details: "Home delivery" only
Once you win an auction, the system will "complete payment immediately at the moment you win", so please bid carefully.
How do I set up a credit card?
Path: top right of the website > Member Centre > My Wallet > Set up credit card details
- Enter your credit card details and complete SMS verification.
- The system will make a temporary charge of NT$2 to verify that the credit card is valid.
- Once the credit card is linked, the system will immediately arrange a refund of the charge.
- When the refund is made, the system will also send you an email notification.
※ The actual time for the refund to be credited may vary depending on the card-issuing bank's processing time.
