The transfer account is a one-time virtual account number generated by the TutorABC Shop system. If you choose bank transfer for your order, you can select the bank to transfer from and transfer the payment directly into this account.
If the bank you want is not listed, you can choose another bank, but you will need to pay the transfer fee yourself.
★How to view the transfer details: go to the website ➜ tap your profile picture ➜ My Orders ➜ To Pay ➜ find the order ➜ tap [Continue Payment] ➜ select the bank to transfer from ➜
tap [Get Payment Account] ➜ the ATM payment account number will be displayed
▶Cardless cash deposits at ATMs and over-the-counter payments at banks (including passbook-free deposits) are not supported
▶The bank may charge an interbank fee for interbank transfers.
★Reminders:
1: The payment deadline for bank transfer is 3 days. Please complete the transfer within the deadline; otherwise the transfer account and order will expire or not be placed.
2: Please transfer the exact amount shown in the payment details (do not add or deduct any fees). If the amount transferred is incorrect, the transfer will fail.
3: As transfer limits differ between banks, if you cannot pay using the [Transfer] function, we suggest trying the [Bill Payment] function instead.
4: After completing the transfer, if your order has not changed to [To Ship] after 24 hours, please contact TutorABC Shop Customer Service with the following information.
●ATM transfer receipt or a screenshot of the successful online banking transfer
●Transfer date and time
●Last 5 digits of the account you transferred from
●Account transferred to
●Amount transferred
