Reasons a bank transfer may fail

Last updated: 2026/11/04

Common reasons a bank transfer fails:

▶Incorrect account number: the system will provide you with a 16-digit one-time virtual account number. Please transfer the payment directly into this account.
▶Incorrect transfer amount: the full amount must be transferred in one go and cannot be split into several transfers. Please transfer the exact amount shown in the payment details (do not add or deduct any fees). If the amount transferred is incorrect, the transfer will fail.
▶The paying bank account is not enabled for interbank transfers: accounts that are not pre-designated cannot use the interbank transfer function. Please contact your bank's customer service.
▶The payment deadline has passed: please complete the transfer within the payment deadline (3 days). If it is overdue, the transfer account will expire and the order will not be placed.
▶The transfer limit has been exceeded: as transfer limits differ between banks, if you cannot pay using the [Transfer] function, we suggest trying the [Bill Payment] function instead.

If your bank transfer payment fails, please make the transfer again within the 3-day payment deadline.
