Due to the banks' time limits for capturing payments, we must capture the payment first for the order to be fully placed. If we waited until the item was delivered, the time limit would be exceeded and the order would become invalid.
As this is TutorABC Shop's standard procedure, all buyers must complete payment first. If you have already received your bill, you will need to pay it first.
