Not receiving the arrival SMS for my item?

The arrival SMS may fail to send due to network issues or other reasons. We suggest first checking the delivery progress on the order details page. If it shows [Arrived at Store], please go straight to the store to collect your item.

★Reminder:
If you have confirmed your delivery details are correct but still do not receive the pickup SMS, please check the following:

1. Poor mobile signal: if the signal where you are is poor when the SMS is sent, delivery may fail.
2. Your phone's SMS storage is full: if you are not receiving any SMS messages at all, your storage may be full. Please delete some messages first.
3. Blocking of business/advertising SMS: if you have requested this feature from your mobile carrier, please contact the carrier to turn it off and then restart your phone.
