How can I check whether the seller has shipped my order?

If you receive a notification from the seller that your parcel has been shipped, you can check the shipping status in the order details under [To Receive].

★Logistics supported by TutorABC Shop (including in-store pickup at 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, Hi-Life and OK Mart, and home delivery):
If the seller has actually shipped the item, the order status will show the shipment status within 24 hours.
If the seller has not yet shipped the item, no shipping status will be shown.

As order statuses are updated by the system in batches, the latest order status may not be updated in real time.
