The return logistics options provided by TutorABC Shop are: the four major convenience stores and T-CAT (Black Cat) home delivery
Return logistics options vary depending on the type of shop and how the order was shipped. Please follow the logistics option shown by the system when you apply.
●Reminders:
1. The item will be inspected once it is returned to the seller. Please keep the [return shipping/receipt slip] or [proof of seller's courier pickup] until the refund process is complete.
2. To protect your own rights, please pack the returned item properly or film the packing.

read the terms and tap Agree ➜ confirm the details ➜ wait for the slip to print, then take the parcel to the counter for the clerk to scan the barcode.
★FamilyMart return method:

At a FamilyMart Famiport kiosk, tap [Store-to-Store Shipping Service] ➜ [Store-to-Store Shipping] ➜ [FamilyMart Platform Shipping] ➜ enter the return number ➜ enter an order amount of NT$0 ➜ confirm the details ➜ wait for the slip to print, then take the parcel to the counter for the clerk to scan the barcode.
★Hi-Life return method:

★OK Mart return method:

★Black Cat return method:
1. Please pack the returned item properly (do not leave out any accessories or free gifts)
2. [Attach a small note] to the outer packaging with the buyer's details (name / phone / order number). A delivery driver will come to collect it in about 3–7 working days, so please keep your phone available.
