Overseas item delivery and EZ WAY real-name verification
Overseas delivery time
After an overseas seller ships the item, delivery takes about 5–14 working days (excluding public holidays).
Actual delivery times may be delayed by weather conditions, flight schedules, customs inspections or other force majeure factors.
EZ WAY real-name verification
Under the regulations of the competent authority, purchasing overseas items requires completing EZ WAY real-name verification.
The Customs Administration has implemented a real-name system for overseas parcels. The declared information must match the recipient's details for import customs clearance to be processed.
If you have not yet registered as an EZ WAY member and completed real-name verification, please first refer to the Customs Administration's instructions:

⚠️ If you have not completed EZ WAY real-name verification, your parcel may not clear customs and be delivered.
What to do after receiving a customs clearance notification
When your parcel arrives in Taiwan and enters the customs declaration process, the EZ WAY app will send you a customs clearance notification.
Please follow the steps below to complete the authorisation and declaration:
- Open the EZ WAY app
- Tap [Customs Real-Name Authorisation]
- Select the parcel you want to authorise
- Tap [Declaration Matches] to complete the import authorisation
Once the declaration is complete, the customs clearance process can proceed.

The item value declared by the customs broker is the "original item price" and does not include discount codes, coupons or other deductions, so the declared amount shown in the app may differ from the amount you actually paid.
