After you receive the SMS notification that your parcel has arrived at the store, you or a friend or family member can go to the designated store, tell the counter staff the last three digits of the mobile number and show identification.
▶Identity documents: national ID card, driving licence, military ID, passport, National Health Insurance card, residence permit, staff ID card, student ID card.
▶To protect the rights of both parties, if the person collecting does not show one of the above documents or refuses to sign, the store may be unable to release the parcel.
