Can I extend the pickup period once my item has arrived at the pickup store?

The pickup period cannot be extended once the item has arrived at the store. If the item is not collected in time, it will be returned to the seller.

★For orders shipped via the four major convenience stores (7-11, FamilyMart, OK Mart and Hi-Life), the pickup period is seven days,
based on the time stated in the pickup SMS notification. Please bring valid ID to collect your parcel.
