I requested a return/refund but have now decided to keep the item. What should I do?

If the return parcel has not yet been sent and you want to withdraw your return/refund request, simply contact Customer Service via our official LINE account [@tutorabcshop] to withdraw it.
If the return parcel has already been sent, the return/refund request cannot be withdrawn.
