TutorABC Shop offers a seven-day cooling-off period

Under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, the following items are excluded. If you have any questions, please contact the shop first to avoid disputes later.
1. Items that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or will soon expire at the time of cancellation.
2. Customised goods made at the consumer's request.
3. Newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
4. Audio-visual products or computer software unsealed by the consumer.
5. Digital content not provided on a tangible medium, or online services that are completed once provided, provided with the consumer's prior consent.
6. Unsealed personal hygiene products.
7. International air passenger transport services.

Please note:
The seven-day cooling-off period is a period for reconsideration, not a trial period. You may only inspect the appearance of the item but may not use it.
However, if after use you find the new item is defective or has a problem itself, this restriction does not apply and you can still request a return.

If you have unsealed and used the item and only then found it does not meet your needs, we suggest discussing with the shop whether they will accept the return if you pay necessary costs such as a refurbishment fee.
The seven-day cooling-off period is counted as seven calendar days (including weekends and holidays) starting from the day after you receive the item.
