How should buyers pack a return parcel?

★Notes on returning items:
▶Returned items must be brand new and completely packaged (in addition to the item itself, accessories, free gifts, warranty card, original manufacturer's packaging, accompanying documents and invoice must all be included).

▶Please pack the returned item properly in the carton used by the delivery company. If the original carton has been lost, please use another carton to wrap around the item's original packaging. Do not stick paper or write directly on the original packaging.
(The item's original packaging is also part of the item. Any damage, or a delivery label stuck onto the original box, may also affect your right to return.)

★Packing materials
We recommend packing in a corrugated cardboard box. If the item is fragile, we recommend adding suitable cushioning (e.g. bubble wrap, polystyrene beads, crumpled newspaper, corrugated cardboard) so the item doesn't move around and get damaged inside the parcel.

★Sealing
▶Make sure all seams and openings are completely sealed (the H-tape method gives the most complete protection). Please use tape that cannot be reused and leaves a mark when removed.
▶If sending valuables, we recommend attaching labels such as "Refuse delivery if damaged" at each seam and opening.

★Special markings
For special items, we recommend using clearly visible parcel labels such as: This Side Up, Fragile, Keep Dry, etc.

★Reminder:
Under TutorABC Shop's rules, all purchases on TutorABC Shop currently come with a cooling-off period after delivery.
However, the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Provided that inspecting the item is not affected,
if the item or its original packaging has defects, damage, scratches, missing parts, stains, losses or other issues attributable to you, your right to return may be affected,
and the seller may also charge a refurbishment fee depending on the extent of the damage.
