▶Trial use is not offered during the cooling-off period. Any item returned must be restored to its original condition, kept brand new and completely packaged as it was when the consumer received it (with the item, its accessories and packaging box (bag) undamaged, and the manufacturer's carton and all accompanying documents or materials complete).
Please do not soil the item or damage its functions (including the outer box and accessories).
▶Once used, unless the defect is a new-item defect (to be verified by the original manufacturer), your right to return will be affected.
▶For returns of large home appliances, unless there is a new-item defect, as the item cannot be restored to a complete new condition once installed and operated, refurbishment fees, shipping fees and other related charges will apply. Please take note.
