Credit card payment and card-linking service information
To provide a safe and convenient online payment service, this shop uses the ECPay payment platform service provided by Green World FinTech Service Co., Ltd. ("ECPay").
1. Processing of credit card data
When you choose to pay by credit card, the credit card information you provide will be transmitted to ECPay through the payment service system, and ECPay will process it in accordance with its credit card payment services, the relevant laws and information security standards.
We do not store your full credit card number or card security code (CVV/CVC).
To make subsequent payments more convenient, this shop may offer a card-linking function. If you choose to link a credit card, the payment identification information stored by this shop is used to identify the payment method you have linked and to process subsequent transactions. We will not store your full credit card number or card security code.
2. Linking a credit card
You can choose whether to link a credit card by following the instructions on the payment page. When linking, the card-issuing bank will confirm via 3DS (3D Secure) that the operation is being performed by the cardholder.
Linking a credit card is so that you can conveniently pay with the linked card when purchasing goods or services from this shop in future.
Simply linking a credit card does not mean you agree that we may charge it arbitrarily or directly without your confirmation.
In high-risk situations (such as logging in on a new device, or having just changed your password or email), we may ask you to verify again when paying with a linked card.
3. Your consent and declaration
By using the credit card payment service, you:
1. Agree that your credit card payment information will be provided to ECPay in accordance with the transaction process, for identity verification, payment authorisation and transaction processing.
2. Declare and warrant that the linked credit card belongs to you, or that you are lawfully authorised to use it.
4. Managing linked credit cards
You can view or unlink linked credit cards in the relevant functions of your member account. When adding or unlinking a card, the system will send a notification email to your mailbox.
After unlinking, that payment method can no longer be used on this shop; however, transactions completed before unlinking will still be handled under that transaction's payment, refund and related rules.
5. Data security
We and our partner payment service providers will take reasonable and appropriate security measures in accordance with the applicable laws and standards on personal data protection, credit card transactions and information security, to protect your payment information and personal data.
In the event of a transaction not authorised by you or a fraudulent card use dispute, it will be handled under the existing disputed-transaction procedures of ECPay and the acquiring bank.

Reminder
