I have placed an order but didn't receive an order confirmation email?

Once you complete your order, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email. If you have not received it, it may be for the following reasons:

▶The email address was entered incorrectly
▶Your mailbox cannot receive TutorABC Shop's order confirmation emails
▶Your mailbox has filed the order confirmation email as spam
So if you use a free email service (such as Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.), please remember to mark emails from TutorABC Shop as [Not Spam], so you don't miss related notifications or other important notices.

Also, as order confirmation emails are sent automatically by the system, they cannot be resent. If you have not received the email, we suggest checking under "To Receive" first.
